Rich will be leading this walk and here are some of the highlights:

🔹 A walk through woodland and grassy meadow, discovering interesting edible and medicinal mushrooms along the way, and how to identify them safely.

🔹 Riverside stroll and then up to a small woodland and open grassland area giving us a nice mix of habitat without going too far!

🔹 Learn about fungi, where to find them and how to identify them. We'll look at some trees and other plants too depending what's in season.

🔹 Beginner friendly, also good for intermediate level foragers.

🔹There's usually a coffee vendor at the carpark too.

Extra info:

🔹 Parking: We'll meet Conham River Car Park and walk from there.

🔹 Please dress for the weather, bring waterproofs and wear good walking boots/wellies if it looks like rain.

🔹 Bring any food and drink to keep you going, and we recommend a small rucksack to stow things in.
